Farve.........please go away

I get it, Brett Farve is a legend, a former MVP, Super Bowl Champion, yeah yeah yeah. He has done more for the Packers organization than anyone else with the exception of Vince Lombardi but honestly when is enough enough. I mean this guy has retired, un-retired, retired again and now wants back all of this within the last 6 months. What I find humorous is that this guy is dead set on coming back and then the Packers offer him $20 million to pretty much go away and let the Pack go about its business and Farve actually contemplates the decision but now he is supposedly coming back and going to compete for the starting spot. So if he wanted to play so badly, why contemplate the offer to go away?

This whole situation smells like one week old fish that has been left in an apartment in the middle of August without air conditioning (for those that didn't follow it reeks). So what happens if Aaron Rodgers actually wins the job, you mean to tell me that Farve will actually hold the clipboard and keep his mouth shut, not buying that. The Packers are in a no win situation here, if Farve wins you cant expect Rodgers to stick around and if Rodgers wins the job guess who will be right back in retirement.....you got it Mr. Farve.

What would be fair to all parties involved is to get Farve to guarantee you at least two more years (not that his word means much right now), trade Aaron Rodgers and get a second round pick, and then lower seat prices by the $20 million that you were so quickly going to give Farve. I mean how does it work that the organization is so willing to give away $20 million and season ticket prices are at an all time high.

To be honest, I'm sick of the entire situation as I'm sure most of you are. Farve has tarnished his career in my opinion and taken advantage of the mystic that he has worked to hard to build up. He should go home, ride his tractor and hang with him family.
