Source: Pennington to start for Dolphins

After being released by the Jets because they signed whats his name, Chad Pennington is headed to the Miami Dolphins. Pennington agreed Friday night to a 2 year 11.5 million dollar contract. At almost 6 million a year, you can safely say that he will be the starting quarterback, at least in 2008. This will give Chad Henne and John Beck a year or two to develop behind him. As painful as it was to watch last season, the AFC East is getting really interesting.

Fantasy Impact: The Dolphins are expected to rely heavily on the running game this season and Pennington will never put up huge numbers...but he won't kill you either. He is a decent option as a number 2 QB. I can see him putting up around 15 scores if he stays healthy all season.
